The nutritionist's new suggestion has lettuce, smoked salmon, fresh cheese, corn, tomatoes and yoghurt sauce. This low-fat proposal contains fibre and lean proteins, as well as carbohydrates, which are essential for the proper functioning of the brain and body. The result? A light combination that prolongs the feeling of satiety, in which the softness of the salmon blends with the creamy yoghurt sauce and the fresh touch of vegetables and cheese, to which you can add an extra - the famous V5 green juice, rich in fibre, antioxidants and minerals such as potassium and magnesium, which give it antioxidant, diuretic, purifying and moisturising properties.
